Wix processes and collects customer-related data only on our behalf and thus acts as "processor". We, as the operator, are responsible for the security, integrity and authorized use of our users' personal information.

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

Server log files

Our company is hosted on the platform Wix.com. Wix.com provides us with the online platform where we can sell our products and services to you. Your data can be stored through the data storage of Wix.com, the databases and general applications of Wix.com. This stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

 

Wix.com is responsible for the processing of personal data received within the Privacy Shield Framework and the subsequent transfer to a third party acting on behalf of Wix.com as an agent on its behalf. Wix.com acts on transfers of personal data from the EU, including the transfer of liability provisions in accordance with the Privacy Shield Principles.

 

The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website - for this purpose the server log files must be recorded.

 

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

We collect, process, and use personal data only to the extent that they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process, and use personal data on the use of our Internet pages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to enable or charge the user for the use of the service.

The collected customer data is deleted within three months after completion of the order, termination of the business relationship, or termination of customer-contact. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

 

Data transmission upon conclusion of the contract for online shops, dealers, and dispatch of goods

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract, for example to the companies entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the credit institution commissioned with the handling of payments.
